An invitation to property owners
Do you own a holiday / second home in the Bembridge / St. Helens area on the Isle of Wight?
Do you have constant worries sorting things out, getting the plumber in. Is the garden a jungle?
What we will do for you:
We will visit your property at least once a week, check through the house including water supply and pipe work, heating, doors, windows, security, etc.
We can arrange your laundry, cleaning of house, windows, etc. and change-overs.
Gardening and even weekend shopping can be arranged.
If you are letting your home, naturally we will find you tenants, but over and above this we will arrange your household inventory, arrange gas certificates and other necessary periodical checks.
If you require building work, refurbishment or maintenance carried out we can provide skilled craftsman, oversee the work, and keep you updated with their progress.
Generally, if you want something done, we can do it for you to relieve you of the difficulties of travelling to the Island for one day when you would prefer to be doing something else.
This way you can enjoy every day you do have on the Island without waiting for builders, decorators or other tradesmen!
Whatever service you require, from checking the house once a week to full management, we are happy to do it for you. |
