However visitors would normally park in the driveway and use the back hall to the kitchen as entrance to the property. Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, subject to the size of the party.
May be let as a long let or for longer periods at negotiable prices between September and April annually.
Changeover day is normally a Saturday, all linen and bath towels are included.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.

Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £150.00

Smoking or pets are not permitted at Ashmead.

Ashmead may be available for a winter let from September / October 2008 for up to 6 months at a monthly rental of approximately £550 plus council tax and all services

Electric heating, gas fire in sitting room, cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, TV, DVD, books; duvets pillows etc.
