Description:
Beach house is situated on the hill overlooking St Helens beach and Bembridge harbour. A nature reserve known as "Gagon Edge" is adjacent to the property (across the road). St Helens beach is a 5 minute walk away and the village shops, restaurants and pubs are close by. Bembridge village is only a 5 minute drive away, alternatively a water taxi can take you from Duver Marina to Spithead beach at certain times of the tide.
The Accommodation:
Beach house is a large well-kept property providing comfortable space in a wonderful environment.
From the driveway and parking area you enter through the 'L' shaped conservatory to the large kitchen which provides a good place to informally entertain as it has a table and chairs for 12 people. All the usual appliances are installed plus an Aga. Through to the main hallway with panelled staircase, off the main comfortable reception room with seating for 10 - 12, this also has doors back to the conservatory with easy chairs and a table. Moving on downstairs we find a bedroom with single waterbed plus additional bed, there is a downstairs bathroom with shower and a utility room with a sink, washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is a decked area with table, chairs, barbeque and an umbrella. This feature makes this property exceptionally attractive as a holiday home. There are two lawned areas, one below the decking and the other leading from the conservatory.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms:
The main bedroom having a kingsize waterbed and views of the sea. There is a further second upstairs bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with twin beds and a fourth bedroom with a 4'6" double and additional single bed.
There is a bathroom with bath and WC plus a seperate shower room and seperate WC.

These prices include bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, electricity and central heating.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £400.00.
