The Accommodation: approached through the front porch to a spacious open plan double reception room, to the rear is the kitchen and a 'lean to' utility/conservatory with back door to garden and gate to front of property. The stairs run up from the reception to the first floor with double bedroom to the front and 2nd bedroom with bunks, a single (and an occasional pullout) to the rear with the newly fitted bathroom.

Short breaks are often available, please enquire. Change over day is usually a Saturday. These prices include all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. and electricity and full gas fired central heating. Multiple weeks out of season may be discounted
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, subject to the size of the party.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £150.

Equipment provided: Gas fired central heating,  hob and oven,  microwave,  toaster,  kettle , washing machine, fridge/freezer,  iron & ironing board, flatscreen colour TV , further television, DVD player, digital radio, books, games, DVD's,garden furniture duvets, pillows and all linen
