The Accommodation:
The main house is approached through the front door into a hall with door to drawing room with open fireplace and a grand piano.
There are doors to a covered veranda and the garden with newly paved terrace in 2009. Double doors from drawing room to the dining room which also benefits from a door to a further covered veranda and the garden terrace. Further on the ground floor is a downstairs cloakroom and a study, currently furnished with an occassional double futon. There is broadband internet connection.
The kitchen is fitted with a range type cooker and modern new appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge, washing machine, there is also a freezer in the store by the back door, and there is a cloakroom with WC.
Upstairs in the main house is 4 bedrooms, (a double, a single and two with twin beds), a separate WC and a full bathroom and WC including both a walk in shower unit and a 'large' bath there is facility to add 'beds' to any of the bedrooms.

The adjoining annexe accommodation with inter-leading doors on both floors comprises downstairs reception with double sofa bed and dining table and chairs, newly fitted galley kitchen also with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, etc. and upstairs a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, separate shower room and further bathroom with WC.

Short breaks are often available. The house and/or cottage may be let seperately outside of the main holiday periods and for longer breaks.
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, subject to the size of the party.
These prices include all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. and electricity and full gas fired central heating.
Changeover day is Friday .
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £500 on entire house. Pets are not allowed.

Equipment provided: Gas fired central heating,    open fireplace,    range cooker,  hob, oven,   2 x microwaves,    Toasters,    kettles,   washing machines,    tumble dryer, dishwashers,    fridge with freezer compartment,   separate freezer,   and further fridge, iron & ironing board,    Colour TVs ,  DVDs,    Video, Grand Piano,     garden furniture,    duvets,  pillows and all linen, bbq, phone + broadband.
