The Cottage at Fairlands is situated up the High Street towards the National Trust Windmill in Bembridge. It is in a quiet, peaceful position and has a pretty garden area and paved patio for barbeques in the summer. There is driveway parking and pets are allowed. The property adjoins farmland.
The Accommodation:
The accommodation has a lovely welcoming feel and has recently been redecorated and tastefully furnished to provide a calming atmosphere. All the accommodation is on the ground floor and it is spacious. The entrance from the driveway through a porched area is into the large living room with patio doors to the garden - This room has a comfortable occassional sofa bed. A passage runs from the living room with kitchen to left with door to patio and bathroom to right with bath and shower over, the bedroom is a double aspect room with patio doors.

Changeover day usually Saturday although this is negotiable. Weekends and short breaks are occassionally available at a small discount.
Negotiable discounts for multiple weeks outside main seasons.
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, subject to the size of the party.
These prices include bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. bedding is supplied for the sofa bed as well if needed.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £150.00.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
Equipment provided:
Gas fired central heating; electric oven; electric hob; toaster; kettle; microwave; washing machine;
fridge/ freezer, Colour TV,Sky freeview, DVD player, games, DVDs, books, iron and board, hoover, heated towel rail, duvets, pillows, and bed linen, Gas barbeque, patio furniture, etc.
A cot and high chair are available should they be required, there is room for a travel cot in the bedroom.
