On the top floor is a further two bedrooms to be furnished with twin beds and a large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, WHB and WC.  Cots, stairgates, children’s beds, etc. can all be provided if required.

2008 Pricing

Brook House is available to let for the 8 main summer weeks from:
Friday 4 July through to Friday 29 August at a price of £1,995 per week

Changeover day is a Friday

These prices include all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. and electricity and full gas fired central heating. 
Refundable breakage/damage deposit:                 £500.00 on house
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
 
Equipment provided:  All normal appliances are available, in addition there is a wood burning stove and ‘well behaved dogs are allowed’.
