The Accommodation:
The accommodation at Harbour Mount is arranged over 3 levels with the front door on the first floor level, 'back entrance' is on the ground floor level - at the front!
Through the front door is a spacious hallway leading to a double reception room - used as a family room - there is an open fireplace in this room, the front section has a double sofa bed and the double doors may be shut off to the rear of that room and inbetween room leading to the bathroom and WC and a further rear bedroom with bunk beds overlooking the garden. At the rear on this floor is a further double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden.
On the Ground/lower ground floor the stairs decend to the main sitting room with open fireplace, to the rear is a large kitchen with utility room off and at the back a large conseratory with dining table and doors to the garden. Also on this floor is access from the front 'outside' through a hallway with pegs for coats etc with a shower room off, this hallway enters into the sitting room.
On the second floor is a further WC, a double bedroom a bathroom, a further bedroom with a single bed and further occassional lower bed. To the rear is the main bedroom with bathroom ensuite and further balcony overlooking the garden.

Changeover day is a Friday and weekends and short breaks are often available.
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, and subject to the size of the party.
These prices include all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. and
electricity and full gas fired central heating.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £300.00.
Equipment provided:
The house and kitchen is well-fitted with all normal appliances; a large size gas hob and 2 eye level ovens and grills, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, CD player, games & books, TV and DVD player.
Well behaved pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
