No. 3 Harbour Strand designed as a ‘Yachtsman’s summer home’ is situated on the back of Harbour Strand with the benefit of fronting the quiet, private Station Road with direct access to the footpath system and is just across the road from the beach and harbour.
  

The Accommodation:
The front access to the house is from Station Road up a few steps to the front porch and front door leading into the main reception room with dining table together with sofa and chairs.  Glass doors open to the raised patio area with garden furniture and barbeque, below is a small lawned area.  Door to rear hallway leading to shower room with WC and well fitted kitchen.  Stairs to lower ground floor, back door and large garage, boat store and utility room, the double garage door opens onto hard standing for additional car parking and  Harbour Strand.  From the reception room stairs go to the first floor, providing Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with twin single beds and bedroom 3 with full-size (3 ft) bunk beds.

 The prices above include bed linen and bath towels for all beds. There is a cot and high chair available as well as fitted stair gates, prices do not include cot linen (please bring your own) Prices include all electricity and heating during the winter.      
Short breaks / weekends and mid-week breaks are available by request outside the main summer holiday high season.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50. Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £200.00
Winter lets are available at 3 Harbour Strand between the months of September and the following Easter - rentals are negotiable depending upon length of time and occupants

Equipment provided:  Gas fired central heating,  electric cooker,  microwave,  electric fryer,  fridge with ice compartment, small seperate freezer, toaster,  kettle,  cafetiere,  washing machine,  tumble dryer,  iron & ironing board,  'new 2008' - 32" flat screen Colour TV, Freeview TV, Video, DVD, CD player / radio,  telephone and broadband internet connection (new in 2007),  further portable TV,  some videos,  Cot,  highchair,  garden furniture,  barbeque,  stair gate,   duvets, etc.       The house is ‘non’ smoking, but will accept certain pets by arrangement.
