position for the harbour and beach and only a short walk from the
Village. It has been designed as a Yachtsman’s home and the dining and kitchen area is open plan and spacious.
The Accommodation:
Access to the house is either via a door from the terrace fronting
Embankment Road, alternatively, on the other side of the property from the quiet cul-de-sac known as Station Road.
Enter the property from the rear into a hallway with a hanging rail for coats and space for boots and shoes etc. On the right is the small play room.
Up a flight of stairs to the large open plan sitting room / dining room / kitchen
with a view of the harbour. Glass doors open to the
raised patio area.
On this level there is also a WC and wash hand basin.
From the sitting room stairs go to the first floor with
one bedroom with two single beds a second bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and bedroom 3 with two single beds

Prices include all electricity and heating during the winter.
Short breaks / weekends and mid-week breaks may be available by request outside the main summer holiday high season.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £200.00
Changeover day is Saturday
The house is ‘non’
smoking, but will accept certain pets by arrangement.
