The apartment is approached through the

terrace. The interior comprise door to hallway with sitting room (with
sofa bed) off, family bathroom with ‘corner bath’ large storeage
cupboards, bedroom 1 with king size bed and shower room en-suite, bedroom 2
with 2 x single beds and a set of bunk beds.
The kitchen with further
door to the terrace is well equipped and has a dining table and chairs.
The flat is pet friendly and there is a pathway running down the side of
the property to the quiet Station Road and the woods for easy dog
walking.

Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £200 per booking
Ship’n Shore is available for a winter let from September /
October 2008 through to March / April 2009 at a monthly rental of some
£625 pm neg. excluding council tax and all utilities and services which are
further paid by the tenants

oven microwave toaster kettle fridge washing machine tumble dryer iron
and ironing board TV and video Terrace table and chairs duvets, pillows
