Description:
2 Pump Mews is a first floor apartment in a small block on Pump Lane,
between the Harbour and Ducie Avenue, the position is 'one away from the
beach'. Parking is on Ducie Avenue, a quiet unmade-up road leading to the beach at the bottom of the road. There is a short walk down a path, (Pump Lane) to the property.
The Accommodation:
Upstairs to front door to left is fitted kitchen and dining table seating two/three people, with washer/dryer,
gas hob, electric under counter oven, microwave, etc. with open plan
living off, including duel aspect windows, table and chairs and easy
seating divan-type sofas (possible additional sleeping accommodation for 1/2).
Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and
wash basin.

Changeover day usually Friday although this is negotiable and weekends and short breaks are occassionally available.
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates and subject to occupancy.
Negotiable discounts for multiple weeks outside main seasons.
These prices include bed linen (for main bed only), bath towels, tea towels, etc. if the occassional beds are required in the sitting room, sleeping bags or linen needs to be provided by the the guests or hired from ourselves.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £150.00.

Gas fired central heating; electric oven; gas hob; toaster; kettle; microwave; washing machine/dryer;
fridge with ice box/freezer compartment, Colour TV, radio/CD player, duvets, pillows, coat pegs, and hallway storage. |
