Description  The character filled cottage is situated on the Upper Green Road in St Helens and the front of the house has far reaching views over towards the downs.  At the back is a long secluded garden suitable for barbecues etc.

The Accommodation Access to the house is via a small porch at the side which gives onto the main sitting room with TV, DVD, Video, music centre and coal range fire, sofa bed for occasional guests.  This leads to the dining area with gas fire, and fitted kitchen, door to back hall with washing machine, door to spacious bathroom with shower over bath.  Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main one with double bed, hanging cupboard and chest of drawers being to the front.  The rear bedroom has a single bed and a second pull out bed.

Changeover day is Friday and weekends and short breaks are often available.
These prices include all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. and electricity and full gas fired central heating.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £100.00.
