The Accommodation:
Seahorses is a very well-kept, clean property ideal for families, providing a comfortable and cosy space. The accommodation has a lovely welcoming feel with a large porch, ideal for storing buckets and spades after a beach visit.
The front door enters into a large living area with generous seating, and leads to a good-sized conservatory with comfortable seating overlooking the small, yet pretty garden with patio area. The downstairs layout has an open-plan feel with the living area also feeding into the dining area, with extendable dining table to seat eight people, conveniently situated next to the well equipped kitchen also with a table, overlooking the garden. To the rear of the house is a downstairs WC, door to the garden and interior door to the garage which contains the washer/dryer and has a clothes line for when the weather is not at its best.
The stairs off the dining area lead to a spacious galleried landing with bedrooms off. Bedroom one is at the front of the property with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three are both to the rear of the property overlooking the garden, with twin beds and sea glimpses. Bedroom four is to the front of the property with a single bed and large window. Upstairs, bathroom one has a stand alone shower, WC and sink. There is also a good-sized family bathroom with a bath.

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £250.00. Pets are not allowed.

Gas fired central heating, electric double oven, electric hob, grill, slow cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, television, Video and DVD player, radio/CD player, videos, games, books, jigsaws, hairdryer, garden furniture, duvets, pillows and all linen.
