Changeover day - Saturday during July & August school holidays negotiable outside that time - short breaks and weekends may be available. These prices include all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc. and electricity and full gas fired central heating.
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates and subject to the size of the party.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £150.00.

Gas fired central heating; electric oven; gas hob; toaster; kettle; grill; microwave; washing machine/dryer; compact dishwasher; fridge with separate freezer; Colour TV; radio; DVD player; duvets, pillows, etc.

Pets are 'negotiable' but must be kept on the ground floor; Smoking is not allowed.
