 A refurbished holiday home close to the Lifeboat Station and Lane End Beach at Bembridge. Lane End Court shops are close by and paths lead to the beaches and harbour

The Accommodation:  Through the front door on left is the downstairs WC off the hallway opening into the main spacious open plan sitting room and dining room seating six people, with serving hatch and kitchen off. Both the kitchen and the dining area have doors to the rear garden. There is a gate from the driveway to the rear garden and a shed. Upstairs in the house are 3 bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom one at the front is a spacious room with a double bed; bedroom 2 to the rear is a twin room and bedroom 3 also on the rear is furnished with a double overlooking the garden. There is a garage to the front for beach kit and outdoor wear.

This price includes all bed linen and bath towels, etc.
Changeover day is Friday
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £200.00
Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, subject to the size of the party.

Equipment provided: Gas fired central heating; electric oven and hob; toaster; kettle; microwave, washing machine, dishwasher; fridge with freezer box,TV, DVD, Video and CD player, further TV in bedroom, duvets, pillows, etc., barbeque, outside furniture,
