Wight Holiday Homes are able to offer longer lets during the winter from September / October through to Easter or possibly later in 2009 either on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy or if between homes on an agreed monthly basis.

Properties are fully furnished and are available for inspection by arrangement either on a Holiday Changeover day or at another mutually convenient time.

References are required from potential tenants together with deposit which is held until termination of the occupation.
